Camaro
This is the build up one of our 1968 Camaro's. The car was sourced in Melbourne through Bill's U.S. Classics. We had VIP have a look at the car and their report was very, very detailed for the money we paid. Both Bill and VIP were very easy to deal with and the car turned up better than was described to us. We can't be happier about the car and the purchase in general really.
The plan of attack for this car is to restore it to it's former glory, complete with white vinyl top, factory air and original die cast hub caps. We're retaining as much of the original car as possible. This is proving very easy as it's very, very complete and there is absolutely no rust at all in this car! How often do you find one of these?!
Here's some photo's of how it turned up at the shop.
All in all it's a very honest car and we can't wait to get in and pull it apart... Stay tuned for more photo's and details.
It's been a while between posts but I'm glad to say that "The Stocker" is coming along great. We've long started the deconstruction and I have to say, starting with a good car make this task a hell of a lot easier! In no time we had the car down to it's "socks and undies" as Leigh calls it. Here's some photos.
